    Let's Meet: Ignoisco Miles

    You might recognize this month's guest from the Netflix hit show, ‘Nailed It!’ a bake-off competition where aspiring pastry chefs learn and attempt to create extravagant cakes from scratch. Before Ignoisco Miles swept us away with his fun personality and creative cake creations, he was just a kid from Warren. Now living in Norwalk, California, Ignoisco is a vocalist, actor, dancer, playwright, director, educator, mentor, and the winner of The Big Nailed It Baking Challenge on Netflix. Adam Kashner, or as his students call him, “Mr.Kash,” “Mr. Kash-Money,” is a radio personality, stand-up comedian, podcast host, and ​​General Manager for 91.1 WEDM, Warren Central and Walker Career Center’s award-winning student lead radio station. He was recently named Alumni of the Year by the Warren Arts and Education Foundation and recognized as Teacher of the Year for the Walker Career Center. Let’s Meet Adam Kashner.

    Let's Meet Brandon Buckley

    You might recognize this month's guest from TikTok, but he is much more than a social media influencer. Brandon Buckley is a Warren Central Alum who uses his platform to give back to youth in our community.  Through his non-profit organization, “The Hub,” he provides academic assistance, community involvement opportunities and empowers inner-city youth in Indianapolis. He is also the founder and CEO of  Melanin House Brandz, a full-service entertainment company that has launched the careers of many artists, models, and actors. Let’s Meet Brandon Buckley.

    Let's Meet: Lashelle Hatcher

    You may have seen this month's guest on the sidelines of some of the best basketball matchups in the state. Laschelle Hatcher has been a licensed IHSAA basketball official for 15 years, and in 2018 she became the first African American Woman to officiate an Indiana Boys Basketball Tournament game.     Let's Meet: Tracy Bush

    Tracey Bush is an Academic Coach at Warren Central High School. As an academic coach, she works primarily with juniors and seniors to help them meet graduation requirements, complete college applications, and connect them to resources to further their education. In her twenty-plus years at Warren Central, she continues to find ways to connect with students, motivate them to reach new heights, and inspire them to achieve excellence.     Let's Meet: Shady the Art Lady

    Shade Bell, professionally known as Shady The Art Lady,  is a local artist from the Far East Side whose art has been featured in shows and galleries across the country and more recently at the BUTTER 2 Fine Art Fair. Shady The Art Lady graduated from Warren Central High School in 2015 and has since used her skill of visual storytelling to create heartfelt murals, graphic art and shows that express her personal human experience on canvas.
