    Hardships are unavoidable, but they’re also the raw material of resilience. This chapter shows how to help your preteen bend without breaking — teaching them the skills to stretch, recover, and grow. Learn the Seven C’s framework (Competence, Confidence, Connection, Character, Contribution, Control, Coping) that turns everyday moments into resilience-building opportunities.
