Anything from what to expect in pregnancy, birth, postpartum to navigating the woes and throes of being a mom. Listen along as I host conversations with moms in my community as we share our stories and give our real experiences. Not to be experts and show you how you can crush motherhood if “you just do x,y,z”, but rather to hear people who’ve gone before you and listen along and feel like you have a friend whose in it with you.

    Grief and Healing

Bonnie Arends is sharing her story of loss and grief over losing her son in a car crash in 2003 and how her and her husband walked through it and still continue to do so. Bonnie shares what is helpful to say to someone who is grieving and what is NOT helpful to say. She leads grief share twice a year.     Infancy Loss

    This week we're talking about infancy loss. My friend, Hannah Burge, shares her story of losing her daughter at 17 weeks pregnant. Hannah shares her story of diagnosis, delivery, and navigating postpartum. If you or someone you know is walking through loss, please know you're not alone.
