The Power of Your Thoughts

What are you saying to yourself internally and externally? If you find yourself saying things like: Why do I even try? I can't do this? These are negative phrases. When you catch yourself saying things like this challenge,these thoughts. Ask yourself, "Would I say this to a child, or a loved one?" Why are you saying it to yourself? Becoming aware of your own dialog can help you grow. Learn to say to yourself the things you would say to others when you are encouraging them. Have a wonderful day!

Showing Value to Others

Three things you can do to show someone that you value them. 1. Tell them in person. 2. Write them a letter. 3. Give them a gift with a card. But before you do ask yourself why you value that person. Be in connection with your feelings before sharing how you value them. Because if you are not your words wheter written or spoken will fall flat. So make a real connection with yourself and the other person.
