Hi, I’m Sara Scoggins and I love good conversation; with anyone. After living in Los Angeles for almost ten years (wow, really ten years?) I’ve met some incredible people with stories I want to share. Between friends who work in front of the camera, behind the scenes, and everywhere in between, I’ve been inspired, challenged and motivated by them all. And you will be too.

Let’s Talk with Scoggs is about sharing stories, passions, and perspective. We’ll get to know each other a little better, have some fun, and tackle your advice questions. Please don’t be shy, email me at Sara.Scoggins@idobi.com with any advice or topics!

Catch the show every Wednesday at 10pm EST and you can subscribe on iTunes! Hope to talk soon.

This week Adi Jaffe, Ph.D and I had an amazing discussion around mental health and addiction. He was so open to all of my questions and even shared his own experience and struggle with addiction. He was a UCLA lecturer in the Psychology department at UCLA,  and was the Executive-Director and Co-Founder of one of the most progressive mental health treatment facilities in the country - until he started IGNTD. a genuine, genuinely good podcast

One of the best new podcasts I have come across lately! Scoggs interview style feels comfortable but hits deep, and has a really good structure that most shows have to work many episodes to achieve. The first episode was interesting and full of such genuine relatability it felt like listening to a friend. I definitely subscribed and will be recommending it highly to my friends, cant wait to see what magic continues to come in future episodes of this podcast!
