Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started listening and now I can’t wait to hear more. It is refreshing to hear diverse perspectives on leadership. Lisa’s guests provide insights on the many ways anyone can lead and what has worked for them personally. Looking forward to hearing more!

This is my new favorite podcast. No matter what industry or field you work in, Lisa’s guests have learnings and stories that are applicable to anyone’s career. Her guest are interesting, with diverse backgrounds, and leadership styles that I would have never previously considered. Lisa’s questions are thought provoking and entice her guests to dive deeper into their background and the events, situations, and life lessons that helped form their career path. As I continue to move forward in my career, hearing her guests stories and advice has challenged me to think differently as I continue to develop my own leadership style.

The guests are so helpful and insightful. Even though my line of work is completely different from the guests, I was able to take away some great lessons that I can apply. What I also loved is taht eah episode is also really a human interest story. I feel like I got to know these strong leaders. The tone of the podcast is lighthearted and friendly even though some very serious issues are discussed. I can't wait to hear more!

I love, love, love this podcast. It’s at once inspirational, motivating, and entertaining — a rare feat in any medium. I like that I can listen (and relisten!) at my own pace and on my own time, and always learn something I can put to use straight away.
