    TRUE FREEDOM

    The greatest freedom I have learned along my journey is the freedom of choice. The freedom to direct my thoughts and feelings in any direction I choose. We are free to choose how we see every single thing... how we perceive them. We are free to hate others, or love others. We are free to be angry, or be forgiving. We are free to feel whichever way we choose. THIS IS TRUE FREEDOM. How and what you choose to think about is completely up to you.... and it absolutely determines the course and the experience of your entire life. Everything happening outside and around you is a direct reflection of what is going on inside of you. Is it time to start taking a closer look at where your focus is? 💋L

    🌅WE DON'T OWN THE SUNRISE...BUT WE *DO* OWN OUR DAY

    🌄 Every morning that sunrise is our promise that we have another 24 hours in front of us. We can do whatever we want with those 24 hours. Not one person "owns" the sun...but we ALL own our day. What will you do with your day today?? 😊

    Self-ISH or Self-LESS?

    Friends....it's the long known battle of selfISH vs. selfLESS. We've all been told that "selfish" is wrong, and "selfless" is right. However, what if that was one of the greatest lies we were ever told? What if we allow ourselves to start thinking and feeling differently about this concept? What if we turned that boat around and started understanding that being "selfish" is not a bad thing at all... it's actually a good thing -- the ONLY thing -- that allows us to find peace, take care of ourselves, and love others the way we were meant to. It's time we let ourselves be "selfish" enough to take better care of our own hearts.  When we first learn how to love ourselves, we can then love the world. Light and Love, -- L --

    I stopped letting OTHERS dictate my VALUE...

    I know I'm not alone in this. We allow the "opinion" that others have of us hold WAY too much weight sometimes, don't we?? Compliments make us feel good, yes, however when we realize that we are actually letting others dictate how worthy we are by how much they compliment us....it's time for a shift. Looking within ourselves to see and know and feel our own beauty is one of the most important things we can do. Giving the world our gifts, sharing our wisdom and expressing our love....THAT is our true beauty. Let's stop looking for love in all the wrong places, my friends, and let's learn to see it where it really is: INSIDE OF US. ~~ Light and Love ~~

    EMOTION is guidance

    The one and only true guidance system we all have is within us... in our emotions. Emotions will let us know if we are on our path, or if we're off our path. When we learn to practice listening and feeling for what emotions are telling us, we can better shape ourselves and the world around us.  We can all experience a shift when we begin to use emotions like a tool, a friend,  helping us to stay aligned with who we really are. Light and Love!!

    FUN is the name of the game!

    Make fun! Have fun! BE fun! At first glance, some things in life may not seem so fun....HOWEVER!!! You can still CHOOSE to have fun!  Turn it into a game! Get others around you to join you! Shifting our mindset and choosing to see things differently,  grants us the freedom to have any experience we want. It's YOUR life...have FUN in all you do! >> Light and Love

    Turn SHAME into VALUE

    Choosing to look at things differently can change your entire life. Instead of feeling guilt or shame about some of the things in our lives... what if we started seeing them as valuable pieces of our own unique puzzles? We all have something to teach one another, because of the specific lessons  we have learned from our own personal life experiences. Nothing about your life, or your story, has ever been "wrong".... but rather very right in helping to build and shape who you are. The way you feel about your life matters, my friends. Let's start seeing the VALUE of who and all that we are. >> Light and Love

    Let's LEVEL UP, my friends

    Simply put....we are all in this together. This "game" we call life. We are all here playing together....learning and growing and expanding  through the experiences that we share with one another.  We all get to choose what kind of game we play, and how we play it. Our power and our freedom lies within how we perceive this world, my friends. You can look around and choose to see sickness, or you can look around and choose to see wellness. AND THAT CHOICE IS YOURS TO MAKE. >> Light and Love
