    50. Living Unbound with Serena Aurora

In this episode of LIBERATED, I sit down with Serena Aurora for a powerful conversation around Ayurveda, embodiment, feminine wisdom, and what it really means to live unbound. Serena is a yoga therapist, Ayurvedic health practitioner, and the author of Unbound, and this conversation is filled with wisdom for the woman who is ready to stop overriding herself and start living in deeper truth. We talk about Ayurveda not as another trend or strict wellness framework, but as a way of understanding your body, honoring your own needs, and learning what truly supports your wellbeing. We also explore the deeper layers of healing... from burnout and overconsumption to intuition, feminine power, and the work of breaking inherited patterns so we can live more freely and fully. One of the most moving parts of this episode is hearing the story behind Serena’s book, Unbound, and the generational lineage that inspired it. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that liberation is not just something we talk about... it is something we embody, practice, and choose over and over again. In this episode, we talk about: What Ayurveda actually is and how it can support modern women in living with more balance and awareness How to begin listening to your body and noticing what nourishes you versus what depletes you The connection between burnout, disconnection, and overriding your inner wisdom Feminine wisdom, intuition, and the power of going down and in Serena’s story behind Unbound and the deeper work of breaking generational patterns Resources + Connect with Serena: Connect with Serena on Instagram Explore her work and offerings Grab a copy of her book, Unbound

    47. Healing Is Remembering: The Path Back to Your Wholeness with Britt Lynn LaBouff

In this episode of LIBERATED, I’m joined by the beautiful Britt Lynn for a deeply nourishing, soul-level conversation about what it really means to come home to yourself. We explore the difference between healing as “fixing” and healing as remembering. Remembering the parts of you that were hidden, silenced, fragmented, or left behind in order to survive. Remembering your wholeness beneath the conditioning, the programs, the stories, and the self-abandonment. ✨ This conversation is also an invitation into Svādhyāya, the yogic practice of sacred self-study, where awareness and compassionate witnessing become the doorway back to wholeness. This conversation is about reclamation. It’s about welcoming the lost and forgotten aspects of yourself back into your inner world and allowing your life, your leadership, and your expression to rise from that place of integrated truth. Britt Lynn shares so beautifully about the energy of homecoming, about walking through the deepest and darkest parts of her own soul in order to reclaim herself, and about how much sweeter life becomes when you stop living only from what you have always known and instead begin living from what you have consciously chosen to reclaim. We talk about: What fragmentation and self-abandonment actually look like in real life How healing becomes a process of reunion rather than repair Why your stories are sacred, and what lives beneath them The idea of your “exalted wholeness” and the truth that your most unique expression is already resting inside you How liberation is not something you become, but something you remember How Svādhyāya (self-study) becomes a lived, embodied practice of homecoming rather than self-fixing This episode is for the woman who knows there is more of her waiting to be lived. It is a permission slip to come home. Reflection prompt: What part of you is quietly waiting to be welcomed back home? 43. Healing Is Your Nature with Samantha Stokes

In today’s episode, I sit down with my dear friend and former coaching client, Samantha Stokes, for a conversation that is honest, raw, and full of remembrance. We explore Samantha’s evolution from ICU nurse to holistic healer, and what it really took for her to walk away from the “safe,” synthetic path and trust the deeper calling on her life. We talk about her daughter’s diagnosis with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, the fear-based conditioning in Western medicine, and how her devotion to healing led her and her daughters to eventually become completely pharmaceutical-free. I share my own reflections from our ICU days together and how witnessing chronic illness shaped both of our paths. We dive into the truth that healing begins in the body — and why clarity, confidence, and soul-led action become so much easier when your vessel is purified, nourished, and supported. Together, we unpack: How fear is instilled in us through culture, medicine, and upbringing Why chronic illness often reflects years of disconnection and lifestyle patterns What it looks like to break generational cycles and choose a liberated life The courage required to take the leap before the full picture is revealed The power of honoring your boundaries, saying “no,” and creating a peaceful, liberated plate The importance of tending to your temple first — nutrition, nervous system healing, breath, sunlight, and consistency We also talk about the identity death that comes with leaving a career like nursing, the grief and liberation in shedding old roles, and what it means to build a business rooted in truth, embodiment, and service. Samantha shares simple places to begin if you’re on your healing journey: clean, whole-food nutrition, removing gluten, reducing alcohol, conscious breathwork, and returning to the intelligence of the body. This episode is a remembrance that healing is your nature… and that taking the leap into your soul’s mission is always worth it. Connect with Samantha: Instagram Website
