Julia’s wisdom is reflected in each episode of ODB. Her voice and perspective resonate with my own life experiences of deep connection to Spirit. I highly recommend making Julia and ODB a part of your daily routine.

This podcast has helped me make time everyday to stop and breathe. Julia’s voice is so calming and relaxing and just makes it so easy. Her LABS and TOTS are always just what are needed and perfect. Her guests and her and all are amazing!

Easy Mindfulness Practice!

Love this podcast so so much! I’ve been trying to start a mindfulness practice, and this has been the simplest, easiest way I’ve found to start! 5-6 mins every day on a platform I can easily find and use! Thank you, Julia!!!
