    I used to think that there was no such thing as healthy masculinity but I was wrong. It exists and can be achieved with a tremendous amout of introspection and self-awareness by men. In this episode I talk about the benefits of healthy masuculinity and how to achieve it. Women are tired of doing all of the heavy emotional lifting in relationships, it is time for men to start helping men instead of relying on women to be our emotional support blankets.
