Banish Stress with Lizzie

Lizzie shares her authentic self as she inspires us to live creatively!

Upbeat and Motivating!

Lizzie has a down-to-earth and genuinely relatable way of connecting with her listeners. She teaches her mantra of “feasting on life” using her personal stories and brilliant sense of humor to inspire and instill confidence for your own creative journey. Without realizing it, I find myself nodding in agreement with Lizzie’s diagnosis of what holds us back from achieving our goals and the science behind it. Truly excited to hear more!

Old Barbie

My daughter sent Lizzie’s podcast and oh boy! Can I relate- the striving for perfectionism, having the perfect life, home, relationships etc. I have become an artist late in life, when I ran out of “things to do”. I know that I was afraid to commit to my art for fear of failure. Now I’ve let go of that fear and I’m just so enjoying the creative process and you know, Dwights voice is quiet! Looking forward to more from Lizzie.
