    #029: Why I No Longer Drink Alcohol (or do any substances)

    I’m back!!   I hope you all had a beautiful summer. I really enjoyed travelling, spending time with family and friends, and focusing on some behind-the-scenes things at Life Forces Inc.   Although I’m planning on taking an extended break from November until at least Spring 2025, I’m hoping to have some things ready to go for you to enjoy while I’m gone.
