Her journey led her to become a passionate river guide, specializing in ethnobotany and nature interpretation. Now, as the Executive Director of The Whale Foundation, she leads an organization dedicated to promoting the mental and physical well-being of river guides by providing essential support services such as counseling, scholarships, and emergency lifelines to help them navigate various challenges. Join us as Molly discusses the foundation's mission to create a stable and inclusive community for guides, the importance of mental health in the outdoor industry, and the work they do to promote a sustainable guiding career.
