Ways to Connect to your inner guide
Connecting to your inner guide, also known as your intuition or inner wisdom, can be a helpful way to gain clarity and insight into your life. In our busy routine-driven lives, we live from outside to inside so that we absorb everyone else's thoughts and beliefs and make them our own. We need an inside-out approach, where we need to discover who we are and what our beliefs are, and then we can reach outward to deal with external situations.
Remember that connecting with your inner guide takes practice and patience. Be kind to yourself and trust that you will find the answers you need.
