Chakras Explained: What They Are and What "Blocked" Really Means

What are chakras, and what does it actually mean when someone says a chakra is "blocked"? In this episode of Life Made Easier, Tiffany and Karen take a practical look at the seven main chakras, the energy centers of the body, and cut through some of the confusion surrounding what they are and what they do. They explore the traditional sounds, symbols and qualities associated with each chakra, from the root chakra and our sense of stability through to the crown chakra and consciousness. They also look at how sound, vibration and focused awareness can help us experience our chakras rather than simply learning about them. Most importantly, Tiffany and Karen challenge a common idea about blocked chakras: the chakra may not be causing the problem. The imbalance in the chakra may be reflecting something else happening in your life. Instead of simply trying to "clear" a chakra, understanding what it relates to may offer useful clues about where something needs attention. A practical, curious exploration of chakras, energy, balance and how our energetic anatomy connects with everyday life. 🎧 Find Life Made Easier: Website: https://www.lmepodcast.com/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LMEPodcast Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/7Iikuwceu Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LifeMadeEasierPodcast 💬 Follow us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lme.podcast/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LMEpod TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifemadeeasierpodcast

What Is an Aura? Understanding Your Energy Field (Part One)

What is an aura, and why does it matter? Most people have heard of auras, but few understand what they actually are or why they might influence everyday life. In this first episode of our three-part series, we explore the aura as an energy organ, how it acts as the boundary between you and the world around you, and why its health may affect how you experience stress, relationships, crowded environments, and emotional wellbeing. We discuss how the aura changes throughout the day, why it naturally expands and contracts, common misconceptions about "big auras," and why cleaning your aura may be just as important as taking care of your physical body. We also explain why you don't need to see or feel your aura to begin working with it, and share simple ways to start developing your awareness. Next week we'll move from theory into practice as we guide you through practical techniques to clean your aura. In this episode we discuss: • What an aura is and what it does • Why we think of the aura as an energy organ • How the aura works like the skin • Why your aura changes size • Why crowded places can feel overwhelming • How stress, emotions, alcohol, and your environment affect your aura • Common myths about crystals, jewellery, and aura protection • Why anyone can learn to care for their aura 🎧 Life Made Easier is hosted by Dr. Tiffany Hunter and Dr. Karen Janes. Every Tuesday we explore energy, emotions, awareness, and practical tools that can help make everyday life feel calmer, clearer, and a little easier.
