Wholelistic holistic approach to health

I found this podcast in 2022 and have listened while I run, while I drive and sometimes in between. Kat and Gio have a wide range of knowledge and balance each other so well. What they deliver is information and tools to get to the root of health (mentally and physically) issues caused by imbalances in the body. I was looking for a holistic nutritionist to help with an autoimmune condition and found so much more.

Hands down one of my favorite podcasts that I listen to and the one I wait for weekly! I love the level of knowledge that both Kat and Gio bring to inform and educate on so many topics and levels. If you’re looking for straight talk with some humor mixed in, check it out!

You girls rock. This podcast is both informative and entertaining. I look forward to it. Kat I’ve followed you since the early days, and the content you are putting out really is exceptional! I do have a topic suggestion.. it’ll be from your original wheelhouse though. Macros? Specifically for women? Maybe even touch on nutrient timing? I feel like there are a lot of myths around the target balance of protein, carbs, and fat. And for those of us that meal prep, we can easily be intentional with our macros, not just our calories. I love learning about nutrition, and I’d value your perspective on the subject. Anyways, keep the magic going! ITS NOT JUST YOUR MOMS OUT HERE 💖
