    Know Thyself

    It seems an odd and obvious thing to say but if you take time to look at your life like it is someone else's, you'd see things you thought were there but aren't and vice-versa. It is not easy to look at your life in that manner. It takes you to places you do not want to go; places so unfamiliar and uncomfortable.     Kindness To Self.

    Remember the worst of words that people have used to talk to you over the years, remember how it made you feel, now remember what it took off you to get through that thing.
