We are here to offer tools, resources, and guidance for those supporting a loved one at the end of life. Episodes include practical and heartfelt advice, ways to show up for your dying loved one, and strategies to help navigate your own emotions during this difficult time. We will talk to a variety of people from therapists and death doulas to hospice care teams and mindfulness experts.     Grief and grieving look different for all of us. Many people use creative outlets during their process, including Tanya, who wrote everything down that she could remember about her father. This was a cathartic experience for her and culminated in writing beautiful songs in her father’s honor, one of which is played at the end of the episode.

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I created Light at the End, in her honor.  This show is for people like me, those wanting to know what to say, what to do, and how to best support their loved one who is dying. We are here to offer support to those needing help navigating their own overwhelming emotions during this difficult time.  I want to hear from you. I want to know what is coming up for you. What resource do you feel like you don’t have? What do you need know in order to feel prepared and at peace? What are your concerns? What types of guided mindfulness would be helpful?
