    An Exercise in Stillness and Focusing

    This paint-by-number activity may seem like child’s play, but it’s more than that.  we live in a realm of streamng data – phones, tvs, videos that demand and captures our attention.  Hence, it’s vital we not lose our ability to focus solely w/o distraction. One way is to follow the flow of something that is already created. The paint by number image is a way to do that.    it teaches you stillness, image focusing and to be at one with yourself. Which in turn teaches you to follow your inner guidance, your powerful intuitive, known as your gut instinct that’s connected to the nonphysical world.  So get yourself a paint-by-number kit and start paint and start focusing.

    The Swings of Life Choices

    Are the down swings of life getting in the way of your happiness and self-appreciation?  My guides say that if life went smoothly all the time, you would be denying yourself opportunities for your higher self - your spirit self - to grow and to expand your Light.  Pain creates change and change creates a chance to make different choices in finding out who you truly are and truly can be.  There are no accidents in the universe, just choices. Choose expanding your Light and as always, whatever you do, choose joy.

    Podcast New Year = Transition

    January is the bridge between the dark winter and the returning light - a time to STEP from the old year into the new. Here’s an apt metaphor: Life is about walking though the darkness and finding the Light. As you do this, steer clear of over analyzing and over judging your past. Your past is just that. Constantly recalling your past – I call this backwards looping - is a roadblock to connecting to your INTUITIVE Higher Self, Your Core Light’s WISDOM, and heading toward a future of TRUST + FULFILLMENT. Here’s an exercise: visualize cutting and releasing that cord to the past, while honoring the Light within you. Whatever you do, choose joy!     The 3 P-Words of Life: (and I don't mean those peas you eat for supper!)

    1. PATIENCE Learn patience and embrace hope. Allow yourself to let go of the fear of failure within you. 2. POISON-LESS MIND Again, be hopeful! Every moment in life has an energy or vibration + frequency. By CHOOSING to be hopeful and not hopeless, you're releasing a mindset that's poisoned by worry and fear of failure. 3. PEACE Learn to be at peace in your mind by:    - By trusting and loving yourself.    - By trusting your connection to the nonphysical real via your inner guidance also known as your INTUITIVE self, your intuition.     Start Anew Says the Gardenia

    Ah, the sweet perfume of a gardenia, a subtropical flower found in the warm, humid Deep South where I’m today. Jazz legend Billie Holiday always wore a gardenia in her hair when she sang. Gardenia flower SYMBOLIZES SPIRITUAL PROTECTION AND HOPE when faced with a new beginning, when you’re ready to turn over a new leaf – and ready to leave the a negative behind - shower all with loving Light. Quantum physics suggests that EVERYTHING has its own vibration and FREQUENCY, including this gardenia, you, me and all in the Universe. When you smell the gardenia’s sweetness, your nose is not connecting to the gardenia physically but its vibration that asks you to choose: do you wish to greet the gardenia’s vibrations with hope and joy?

    Okra Teaches Flexibility

    Today’s podcast centers around okra, a fruit brought by the enslaved from Africa and eaten across the South. It’s a critical ingredient in gumbo. Okra thrives in harsh conditions and symbolizes flexibility, survival, and resilience.  My guides tell me that okra teaches us to be more flexible in life, including how you think about yourself. Stop all that self-judgment! They remind us to become a part of the physical world, but don’t lose yourself, that core light that’s the real you, or you’ll miss the true gift of flexibility: joy.

    Sky High Readings

    As an intuitive medium I have many ways of meeting people. Notably, through my website or speaking engagements, I meet people who wish to have a reading. And here’s a fun one. Recently I had a 6-hour flight across the U.S., and I had my two cats with me. The flight attendant at one point came to me and asked if she could look at my cats, who were in airline-policy netted carriers made so you can see them. You know I fly all the time, and I worry about my cats. I don’t know what he’s thinking, what he’s doing. Is he sad and what’s going on with him? I informed her I was an animal communicator – and a people one, too. She asked me to read him. I agreed and focused on Calico and soon gave her the message from her cat. Oh, the joy of my work!     Nonphysical Rescuers

    Today’s podcast: A child is pinned under a car and the frantic mother cannot lift it. Suddenly a stranger appears and effortlessly rescues the child. As the joyful mother hugs her youngster, she turns to thank the stranger, but no one is there.  Who was this stranger? This being was not a human being but was from the nonphysical realm, for it is not possible to enter into the full human experience of the 5 senses, emotions, intellect and intuition, without being incarnated, born into a human form. Beings that materialize suddenly to perform a rescue and then vanish are of the nonphysical Universe. They are here for only a brief moment to do their work.
