    ॐ गं गणपतये नमः Om Gan Ganpataye Namah is a powerful Hindu mantra dedicated to Lord Ganesh, the remover of obstacles & deity of wisdom, prosperity, & new beginning. A mantra is a sacred phrase or word repeated with intention, devotion & rhythm activating deep remembrance, healing & alignment. Repeating it 108 times honors an ancient number of wholeness, aligning with the breath of the cosmos & the rhythm of Divine order. Modern neuroscience now echoes what our ancestors always knew: repetition rewires the brain. When a word, prayer or sound is repeated 108 times, it becomes more than language... it becomes vibration. It becomes remembrance. I invite you to use our time together to pray, to breathe, or to rest & integrate this frequency into your current reality. Blessings & a lot of light. 🌻

    Nehes Em Hotep an ancient Kemetic phrase meaning Awaken In Peace. In this shared time together I pray on prayer beads. Each bead, each breath, each phrase... an offering. A portal. A pathway home. In Catholic tradition, there are rosaries used to pray the Our Father & Hail Mary. There are 54 beads around a standard rosary, not including the 5 beads that hang from the bottom. 54 x 2 = 108. Hmmm... coincidence? I think not. (Smirk) Long before rosaries were prayed in churches, 108 prayer beads were used by mystics, sages & seekers across India, Tibet & parts of Africa. In Hinduism, Buddhism, & other wisdom traditions, 108 has always held sacred mathematical & cosmic significance representing the wholeness of existence. In Numerology, both 108 & 54 reduce to 9 (1+0+8 = 9 & 5+4 = 9). 9 speaks of completion, initiation, & divine gestation of something ripening in the unseen. Perhaps these numbers & our use of beads to pray, to feel, to remember are more than a pattern. Perhaps they are an ancient rhythm... still pulsing in our hands. Repeating it 108 times honors an ancient number of wholeness, aligning with the breath of the cosmos & the rhythm of Divine order.     😏 The Way My Life Is Set Up: Zouk Break In D.C.

    The way my life is set up… There are times I make decisions because I know it will open up doors or windows for magical moments to flow into my life. This day I went to my first Zouk class & then decided to take a walk while I waited for the social to begin. I met a beautiful Goddess, remembered to own my actions & was able to gift some Mama Ganja to a random human at the metro. An unraveling of such divine alignment. I share to expand your perspective.
