    Life is not a sprint, it's a marathon. It doesn't matter what speed you run, what matters is how long you run. In this race called life, it's ok to catch your breath but you have to keep moving. Keep the momentum cause it pays off.

    A wise man once said "Gratitude works like a vaccine, it stops you from becoming infected with a spirit of grumpiness, it is the anti-toxin that counteracts the poisonous effect of ingratitude."
