The Lion's Gate Portal Is Open and 2026 Is Different

The Lion’s Gate Portal opened yesterday and this is not a typical year. Every August, the star Sirius rises in alignment with the Sun in Leo and Earth, creating a window of heightened spiritual energy that humans have recognized since ancient Egypt. But in 2026 that window is amplified by a rare Triple 8 numerology, Jupiter expanding everything Leo touches, and a total solar eclipse in Leo closing the portal on August 12. This episode is your orientation guide. I talk about what is actually happening astronomically and why it matters spiritually. The three pillars of this portal, Sirius, Leo, and the number eight, and what each one makes available to you. Why the collective amplification happening right now makes it easier than usual to tap into these frequencies. The specific themes alive in this portal window including abundance, emotional healing, visibility, creativity, and new timeline initiations. And why I felt called to channel the energy of each of the next 17 days in a daily private podcast transmission. If you’ve been feeling something stirring, something ready to release or ready to arrive, this portal window is for you. The Lion’s Gate Portal is open. This year’s portal is amplified by a rare Triple 8 activation and closes with a total solar eclipse in Leo on August 12. Daily channeled transmissions are dropping now through August 12 to guide you through one of the most significant cosmic windows in years. Quantum Leap Confusion? Let Me Explain What It Really Is

Someone on Threads asked how to actually quantum leap and the answers she got were more of the same fluffy non-answers she’d already heard. So I decided to explain what’s really happening, both the physics and the part everyone skips. This episode walks through the full mechanics of a quantum leap, both the physics and the practical. I talk about the double slit experiment and why it proves that visualization isn’t woo, it’s science. How your mind creates an observation that the energy field around you has to shift to match. The step between visualization and action that almost everyone skips, and why skipping it is exactly why the quantum leap stalls. Why intuition isn’t a feeling, it’s a navigation system that tells you which aligned action to take next. And why you’ve been quantum leaping your whole life and didn’t even realize it. This is the episode I wish someone had recorded for me at the beginning of this year. I hope it cracks something open for you. The Credential Trap

When do you stop buying more programs and decide you’re already enough to hang your shingle? That’s the question I have been sitting inside. And I wonder if you might be too. This episode is about the invisible ceiling we build out of uncredentialed expertise. I talk about why I can confidently charge for accounting and freeze when it comes to charging for the marketing, writing, and content creation I have been studying for a decade because no one handed me a certificate for it. The moment a multi-seven-figure entrepreneur told me that a single offhand comment I made about social media changed how she creates content, grows her audience, and runs her programs. Why 331 Substack articles, a published book, and 25 years of daily writing somehow still did not feel like enough proof. And a guided visualization to ask the future version of you what she did that you have not done yet. The only difference between the people who get paid for what they know and the ones who do not is a decision. They decided they could do it. And so they did. That decision is yours to make too. The Compliment That Pulled My Life Apart at the Seams

In today’s episode, I share what happened when a five minute poetry exercise stopped a room full of poets followed by the book that stopped me in my tracks. Why I woke up at 4:44 the next morning and couldn’t stay in bed a second longer. The dream I have been carrying since 2018 that I found written in my journals from my year of alchemy with my shaman. Why good isn’t good enough. It’s actually standing between me and great. The marriage I stayed in too long because it wasn’t bad enough to justify leaving and what that taught me about every version of that pattern since. And the decision I made this morning that I haven’t even told Dave about yet. I’ve already waited eight years. I am not waiting anymore. If you have been living in good at the expense of great, this episode is your permission slip. Not to burn everything down. To finally admit what you actually want. Where are you waiting? What Does an Emotionally Neutral No Feel Like? Like This.

I had to stop trying to make money in order to make money. That is the wildest thing I have ever thought and it is currently proving itself true. This episode is about what six months of unlearning obligation as an operating system actually looks like from the inside. I talk about why silence felt terrifying before it felt like freedom. The emotionally neutral no and why I had never experienced one before in my entire life. What happened when I corrected myself mid-episode from “I am a person who cannot sit still” to that is who I used to be. Why my inner Aries was toast and what she has been waiting for all these years. And what happened this morning when a writing circle canceled, an Amazon email appeared, and I created an audiobook in under five minutes by clicking five buttons. If you’re in the part of this journey where the void is loud and the other side is not yet visible, this episode is for you. Do not turn back in that space. What you’re moving toward is already moving toward you. The Curse of Competence

What if being exceptional at something is exactly what’s been keeping you stuck? This episode is for the one who just handles it. The fires nobody else knows about. The balls kept in the air so seamlessly that everyone assumes things just run smoothly. The woman who gets replaced by three people when she finally leaves. I call it the curse of competence, and I lived with it for decades. I talk about the moment I told my boss I didn’t want the promotion everyone assumed I would take. What happened when I realized I could not sustain a performance that was never my zone of genius. The several brilliant offers I launched since leaving corporate, why every single one heard crickets, and why I felt secretly relieved every time. The thing I have been saying I wanted for years that I have been too afraid to pressure test. And why my soul has been blocking every financial path that doesn’t lead toward writing, traveling, and being a creative explorer paid to be myself. There comes a point where you have to stop being the competent one. The responsible one. The easy one. The good girl. And it is deeply uncomfortable to watch everything you have been holding together finally fall apart. But that falling apart is not failure. It is the first stage of alchemy. If you are in a transition or standing at the edge of one, I have five coaching sessions available this month. Let me help you move through the parts where it gets quiet and scary so you are not walking them alone. Managing Emotions That Don't Even Exist Yet

This episode is for every unsent text, every deleted draft, and every opinion swallowed before it reached the air. I talk about what it means to manage emotions that do not even exist yet. Why highly sensitive recovering people pleasers are especially prone to this pattern. How your mind turns one uncomfortable conversation into limitless terrible possibilities when it is really just five seconds of bravery away. And what it actually looks like to let your truth be uncomfortable for other people without making that your emergency to fix. You are only a few uncomfortable conversations away from the best life imaginable. The only reason those things feel so hard is because you have let them accumulate. Other people’s emotional responses to your truth were never yours to manage. That is the whole lesson. And I am still learning it too. If you know there is something you have been postponing because you are afraid of what you will have to manage once you say it out loud, I have 5 private intensive spots left in the month of July. We will clear what is holding you back and I will give you a tool for every future emotional fallout you will ever face. Highly Sensitive People Can Taste Bad Energy

I threw out a latte after one sip. I’ve never done that before in my life. That moment sent me down a research rabbit hole this morning, and I had to share what I found because I think you have been running this experiment unconsciously your whole life, too. This episode is about the energetics of the food and beverages we consume and the spaces we inhabit. I talk about the French bistro-style coffee shop that looked perfect and felt all wrong. What happened when I asked my future self to show me where to go next. How Dr. Masaru Emoto's water and rice experiments explain what my nervous system already knew. Why unhappy waitstaff have been scientifically shown to impact the taste of food. The intuitive market experiment I did and what I noticed about which booths drew crowds and which ones repelled them. And why moving to 10 acres outside Portland two and a half years ago means I can now feel the energetic frequency of the city before I even reach city limits. We’re all doing this unconsciously. This episode is an invitation to start doing it on purpose. Over the next week, I want you to go somewhere new and pay attention. Not to the menu or the decor. To how you feel in your body when you walk in. That is the experiment. And I would love to hear what you notice.
