Stop Thinking Your Way Through the Fog

I’ve been choking on confusion soup for over a week. My mind thinks getting involved is the fastest way out. It’s not. This episode is for anyone who is in the fog right now and trying to think their way through it. I talk about what my shaman told me years ago about moving through a pitch-black room and why that conversation is more relevant now than ever. Why the fog is not the enemy. Why my detours this year have really been about losing my center and coming back to it over and over. And what happened three hours after I stopped trying to control the outcome and simply placed my order with the universe. Three client and collaboration opportunities arrived in the same afternoon. Not because I hustled harder. Because I finally got out of the way. If you have been running full speed in the dark because standing still feels too scary, this one is for you. The fog is not here to set you back. It is here to keep you moving at a pace that lets you stay connected to who you are. You feel your way through it. You don’t think your way through it. 2. Breaking the Performance Habit

    Breaking the Performance Habit

Performance isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like building the right offer. Creating the perfect sales page. Doing all the things you are supposed to do as an entrepreneur, and feeling absolutely nothing while you do it. This episode is an honest look at the habit most high achievers never even realize they have. I talk about what it actually means to perform versus create from genuine expression. Why so many of the offers I built this year fell completely flat and what that taught me about the difference between a mind-made decision and a heart-led one. The three practices that help me catch the performance habit in real time before it hijacks everything. And why I am still in the messy middle of this, still figuring it out, and why I think that is exactly the point. The sacred pause. The heart sense. Sleeping on it. These are not complicated tools. They are the ones that actually work when you are willing to use them. If you have been going through the motions, doing the things that look right on paper, building what you think you are supposed to build, and wondering why none of it feels alive, this episode is for you. You’re not broken. You’re just performing. And this episode will bring the real you back. 3. Are You Ready for the Success You Say You Want?

Are You Ready for the Success You Say You Want?

I’ve been watching Jessi Jean (@jessijeanhomes) go from a brand-new account to a $1.2 million launch in six months. At first, her success felt like proof. Now it feels like something else. This episode is an honest look at what came up when I noticed I was getting uncomfortable watching her win. I talk about the difference between wanting visibility and actually being ready for what visibility brings. What happened on a recent podcast appearance when my own nervous system got flooded, and the audio quality showed it. Why people leapfrogging off someone else's success isn't good or bad, it's just how marketing works. The intentional discomfort training I started years ago, and why I still believe in doing the hard things in small doses first. And why staying centered in your own truth matters more than any opinion that gets reflected back at you. If you’ve ever watched someone else’s success and felt a strange tangle of inspiration and discomfort, this episode is for you. That discomfort is information, not a red flag. You have a message that belongs in this world. Strengthening your capacity to share it, no matter what happens once it’s out there, is the real work. 4. Is Being Accommodating Slowing Down Your Manifestation?

Is Being Accommodating Slowing Down Your Manifestation?

My grandmother never ordered her own meal at restaurants. She knew us kids wouldn’t finish ours, so she just ate what was left. I didn’t realize until this week how that pattern was still living in me and affecting my manifestations. This episode started with something small. Someone told me not to rush sending them what I had promised, and I noticed myself slowing down even though I was excited to send it. That tiny moment cracked open something much bigger. I talk about why being the accommodating one can actually slow down manifestation, the generational belief I’m rewiring that says my needs come after everyone else’s, what happened the day I demanded something of the universe instead of patiently waiting and what that taught me about the difference between fear and power, and why giving from overflow is so different than giving from breadcrumbs. This one is uncomfortable to share. Stating out loud that I want my needs met first still makes part of me feel selfish. But I don’t think that story is true anymore, and I don’t think it’s true for you either. If you’ve spent your life as the easy one, the caretaker, the one who waits until everyone else is served, this episode might be the permission you’ve been waiting to give yourself. 5. The Messy Middle

    The Messy Middle

I almost didn’t hit record. But I think there’s more value in sharing the messy middle than there is in only sharing the wins, so here I am. My Instagram views skyrocketed in the last two months and I started receiving interest in how I did it. I took that as a sign to build a content program. Studying conversion and creative tension sent me into a spiral I didn’t see coming. People I had specifically built something for didn’t buy it, and that hit harder than I expected. Somewhere in the middle of all of it I realized I had started creating for everyone else instead of for myself. My content went flat the second I started chasing metrics instead of joy. This isn’t a polished lesson with a bow on top. It’s a real time account of a recovering people pleaser learning that trying to make everyone like her content is its own form of self abandonment. If you’ve ever built something you were excited about and watched the joy drain out of it the moment you needed it to perform, this one is for you. 6. When Letting Go Is the Most Aligned Thing You Can Do

When Letting Go Is the Most Aligned Thing You Can Do

At the beginning of this year I drew the coyote card. The message was trust the divine detours. I wasn’t a fan, so I tried to put it back. Six months later I’m still navigating the changes, but from a much more resourced place. This episode is a real time transmission from someone sitting cross-legged on the bare earth, working through a major unwinding, and finding clarity on the other side. I talk about why the message don’t get attached to the form of your desires might be the most important thing I’ve written in my journal all year. What happened when I started burning a letting go candle and said yes to more nos in one week than I had all year. Why moving the Intuitive Writers Guild off Skool and stripping the calendar down was an act of faith not failure. The difference between creating from the mind and creating from the heart and what the wreckage of mind led decisions actually looks like. And why the alchemical process of burning everything that isn’t true to the ground is not destruction. It’s the first step of transformation. If you’ve been holding on to something that your soul has been quietly asking you to release, this episode might be the permission slip you didn’t know you needed. 7. Choose Your Hard with Mind/Body Wellness Coach Tiffany Whipps

Choose Your Hard with Mind/Body Wellness Coach Tiffany Whipps

What if freedom doesn’t always look like entrepreneurship? What if sometimes, for a conscious creative entrepreneur, it looks like clocking out and going home? This week, I am joined by serial entrepreneur and wellness coach Tiffany Whipps for one of the most honest conversations about creative entrepreneurship, financial freedom, and building a life on your own terms that I have had on this show. We met eight years ago at a women entrepreneurs’ networking event in Portland when she had a table full of beautiful jewelry, and I could not walk past without stopping. Since then, she has built and closed a six-figure jewelry business, run boutiques and makers markets, launched a mobile bartending business, completed yoga teacher training along with health and wellness coaching certifications, and is now stepping into her next identity. She has lived every version of the entrepreneurial journey, and she is one of the most grounded voices I know on what creative freedom actually costs and what it actually gives you. This conversation is for the woman who is questioning whether entrepreneurship is the right path, wondering if going back to a job means she failed, or trying to figure out what her north star really is beneath all the noise of what a successful entrepreneur is supposed to look like. We talk about why daily income once felt like a prison and what that revealed about the true cost of creative entrepreneurship, how to identify your north star message before you build another business around the wrong thing, why entrepreneurial burnout is often your soul redirecting you not a sign of failure, the real relationship between money, freedom, and personality type, why a job can sometimes be the most freeing choice a creative entrepreneur makes, and what pivot instead of panic actually looks like in practice. This is one of the most honest conversations out there about freedom, purpose, and choosing your hard.
