Lightworkers, Unite

I love “woo woo stuff” (I can’t think of a better term for everything under this umbrella; spirit doesn’t necessarily cover it) and I also believe in science. Sometimes I feel as if, all areas in this whole woo woo category can sometimes (unintentionally or not) end up dismissing some elements of science and rational thought. It really depends on the facilitators and topics. When I listen to “spiritual” podcasts I won’t keep listening if it seems that reality, rational thought, and science can’t coexist with the content I’m hearing. With that said, I’ll keep listening to this podcast. I don’t think reality will be dismissed by Mayume and Manjeet. I love the energy of these two together! It feels like they are rational thinkers who are also interested and often fully enveloped in all of the aforementioned “woo woo stuff.” Personally I left a data driven psychology practice to work in the yoga industry. I still use psychological practices that are studied using data, to teach meditation and yoga. I still use behavioral principles in my everyday life. I think data is valuable. I love science beyond behavioral; I listen to science podcasts such as NPR’s “Short Wave” and others in more specific branches of science from different facilitators. In that regard I definitely feel some kind of kinship with Mayume and Manjeet. Also, the episodes I’ve heard so far are fun and easy to listen to without being shallow or confusing; a fantastic balance. Good job ladies!

Mayume and Manjeet are such a pleasant duo to listen to! They both have a spirit about them that brings me joy every time a new episode comes out. They cover everything from the basics of what a lightworkers is to how they, and their guests, sense, see, and feel their signs. I've learned so much about what it means to be a lightworkers and look forward to each new episode!

It feels so nice to hear two souls resonate so well with their selves and each other, it makes me feel like I’m not so alone in this world that can seem far from light and spirituality. I listen at the gym to nourish my mind and body, I always feel ten times lighter and more motivated after your discussions.

3 episodes in and my soul is nodding in agreement with everything I am hearing! I feel such a sisterhood and a support from these two lovely women already and I can’t wait to hear more and acknowledge this long neglected part of myself. I know there must be a million other lost little lights like me out there and I hope you reach them too!
