    I've been creating content on and off for a couple of years now. I used to think that once I hit 10k on TikTok, I would feel worthy and finally receive the external validation from others that I so desperately sought. Can you guess that that wasn't what happened?     8. Boundary Setting, People Pleasing, and Worthiness

    I didn’t know ‘setting boundaries’ were even a thing I was worthy of doing, until I was maybe 23 years old. And now, after a lot of growing and getting older, a lot of healing work, and time in therapy, I’ve awakened to a link that existed between me not even knowing the concept of boundary setting and my disconnection of intuition as a result of certain experiences growing up.
