Such an encouragement!
I stumbled upon this podcast looking for fitness inspiration and a podcast to listen to at work but what I found was completely unexpected. As a man who’s struggled with depression and anxiety I was not prepared for the encouragement that I’ve found in this podcast. The humility and empathy that Josh treats all of his guests with and the testimonies of the individuals he interviews has challenged me in so many incredible ways. I want to thank Josh for showing me that I’m not alone in my fight and for encouraging me to think about others more than myself!
Limitless with Josh Patterson
It was a wonderful thing to hear grown men discuss mental and physical issues in such a positive way. I have broken my neck and low back and have had surgery after surgery to repair and keep me standing. I lost my support system when my parents passed. This is keeping me in a dark place. Listening to this podcast gives me hope. Thank you for that!
