This has some really good beginnings
So far I’m really enjoying this podcast. I’m stage 1/2 and have just gotten my first of 4 (out of pocket) surgeries for my Lipedema. I like to be very honest and open with people about my condition, particularly family members who share the same disease in hopes that they look critically at their own struggles. I made the mistake ONCE of pointing out the disorder to my mom and was clear that it made her uncomfortable . Instead I just let everyone in on my journey and hope they “get it”. Sharing this podcast will help!
