    We Cranked for 30 Days Straight (Most Productive Month Ever)

    After crying on the pod a few weeks ago, something switched. This past month became the most productive of our lives. Elle unblocked a 2.5-year creative backlog, got completely off social media, started a weekly newsletter for The Board Walks, created the onboarding experience for hosts, and built an entire content ecosystem.  Cam started his weekly newsletter after years of half-assing his creations, automated nutrition and multiple areas of the business, started a rigorous “dunk” program, and found a daily flow for peak embodiment and creativity.  We share the pattern of emotional dips leading to creative breakthroughs, the "prolific cranking season" that changed everything, and why 2026 feels like the Phoenix rising from the ashes.  This is about devotion to the present moment, structured art, simplifying ruthlessly, and finally letting go of over-complication.     My Core Wound: I Can't Stop Doing

    I sat down to record and realized I didn't want to.  I was on my period, low energy, but pushing myself to keep our weekly streak alive.  Cam stopped me and said: "You don't need to do anything ever again."  What unfolded was a raw conversation about the core wound I've been carrying my entire life: sacrificing my natural rhythm to meet others' needs.  We didn’t plan to share this episode, which is why there are moments where we speak so quietly that the mic doesn’t pick it up, but we decided that someone out there may benefit from this conversation.     Why Men Miss Problems: Understanding the Space Gap in Relationships
