Wow...such a wonderful podcast. It's difficult to find teachings from an authentic lineage like this. And right at the tip of your fingers. They actually teach you how to meditate in your busy, normal, everyday life. These podcasts are those perfect doses of wisdom I'm looking for. They change the course of my day. So thankful.
Great resource for HOW to meditate!
What a great resource for information on how to meditate and calm the mind! Now-a-days people are prescribed "meditation" as an option before medication, as a means to lessen stress and anxiety. And this provides a framework for HOW to meditate; WHAT to contemplate as we try quieting the mind. Such a valuable tool!
