Listening for about a year. Surprised to hear the host affirm the problematic context/language of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and quickly brush that off. Seemed inconsistent with the time, care, and compassion they usually take with trigger warnings or things readers might be concerned about. Surprised how flippant they were and tepid about naming the racist language and racist tropes. They are usually very specific about what readers may experience in the books they recommend. Certainly expected they would handle better. Recommend listening to a few other book podcasts who handle this much better.
