Fantastic podcast, one of my favorites!

This is a really great podcast! I love how Jorge takes such an unbiased approach to learning about all things health and fitness. I highly recommend the I get views with Miki Ben-Dor and Michelle Hurn!

Dazzzz234 ,

Must listen - from a physician

Jorge has a unique way of navigating topics of wellness - bringing loads of information from his guests but also staying a skeptic and continuing to learn what the data AND anecdotes tell us. You’ll learn a lot listening to these episodes! And knowledge is ecstasy.

Speedyalmex ,

No agenda

A great variety of topics. I’m am surprised someone so young is interested in tacking these issues. We all need all the help we can get. Way to go Jorge. And I love that he has done sponsorship but not taking so much time doing that. Waiting to see what is your next podcast about. Way to go.
