I really enjoyed all of the episodes but there haven't been any for over a year now. There is no mention of no future podcasts in the last episode available. 😕
Extra motivating!!
I've been coming to farmgirl fit for four years but I'm terrible about maintaining consistency. I love the gym, I love the people... I just have some real issues with self-sabotage. (It's nuts, I know...) But listening to this podcast has REALLY helped with that. It helps keep my mind in the game throughout the week and offers encouragement that yes, I can do this, and yes, it's worth the hard work (mentally every bit as much as physically). I've listened to some episodes multiple times. Jenni and Jaunessa (and the whole fgf crew) are awesome!
