    With 2020 coming to a close and the holidays brining reflection, all too often I hear so many of us wanting to change but not having a clear enough vision on a goal to move towards. Often we stay stuck because we can't see a goal to move towards. John Brandenburger, Father, loving husband,  CEO, leadership expert and so much more, reveals his secret to finding clarity, knowing yourself and leading with grace and authenticity. A little about John: Born in the Bronx, New York. John graduated from high school and went directly into the workforce. He has worked in the service industry for his entire professional life. John is a father of two beautiful girls and husband to an amazing wife, Juli, who is a CPA. John has had multiple businesses over the last 3+ decades. John has founded a record label, owned a nightclub, managed artists, been a music promoter, has a small business consultation and leadership development company, a real estate investment portfolio and is a bakery owner John's last career was with a multi billion dollar organisation with nearly 300 locations in the States. He helped develop onboarding and training, as well as mentoring and developing future leaders for the organisation. He is currently co-owner and CEO of Community Bakery - a multi million dollar brand.     Creating Confidence - Raj Soren

    Ever wish you could feel more confident? Wish you could let go of some of the stress of trying to be good enough? Then this episode if for you! I talk with Raj Soren. Father, Sensei, Coach, Author, Musician and so much more. Raj wrote "The Pocket Book of Confidence" this year and in this episode we talk about what it takes to be truly confidence, how to manage stress and how to connect in and have those deeper more meaningful conversations. A bit about Raj: Raj Soren was born in India in the then state of Bihar in the early 1960s. Raj and his brother moved to the UK in the 1970 to be with his parents, Dr Dhuni and Mrs. Bhagwati Soren. His father Dr Dhuni Soren is a retired GP and much respected elder statesman from Jharkhand state and an author himself in Santhal history.             Raj graduated from Manchester with a BSc honors in Biology and Chemistry and later gained a master’s in business and social entrepreneurship. Raj also gained a diploma in Life coaching and has been a sales trainer as well as a manager for a top 10 pharmaceutical companies.  Raj is an author launching his first book ‘Handbook of Medical sales ‘, and ‘Little Pocket of Confidence’ The 10 golden steps. Raj has also over 30 years coaching and examining experience for The Jiu Jitsu Foundation in the UK and has taught in countries such as Canada, USA, South Africa, Scotland, Austria, Wales, India, Fiji and in Russia as an Aikido instructor.  Raj has helped thousands of individuals gain confidence through his martial arts coaching, running personal safety and antibullying courses and working with the Mind Charity. Raj resides in Bradford, England with his wife Jyoti also a Life coach and three talented children. Suraj an Industrial Designer and has has worked with the national mental health charity Mind, Chandni Artist and Interior designer and Lukhi Fashion Designer and founder of UnLukhi sustainable fashion brand.             Raj believes that having a resilient and adaptable mind will help when dealing with confidence , stressful situations in life. Stress is important to help drive us to our goals, but having too much stress can be dilapidating and if not recognised and managed before it escalates in to anxiety and sadly depression.
