This show is nothing but Gigi talking about herself, and saying “ummm” a million times…and when you do get a break from her narcissism, it is her family on the show. FYI she is not a certified trainer or nutritionist…but will tell you what to do. Even in her “program” that costs thousands of dollars, you get a recorded video about your weekly progress. She does not even have her own videos demo’ing how to do the exercises…Give your audience something besides the Meyer clan.

This podcast has turned into nothing but a narcissistic forum. Over the course of a year and a half the only guests she has had come on have been family members or personal relationships with GG. I like listening it first. I found it motivating. But the thing that caught me is the episode where she talked about being urban Meyer's daughter. I get it it's probably hard to have people recognize you, have a little privacy, and constantly be in the face of criticism. But it was very offensive to many people. When she talked about how she didn't like being introduced as urban Meyer's daughter and then went on to say “I know that other…”, I thought she was going to say people have it bad. Maybe some people don't have a father some people have an abusive father maybe they have a disability…. other people have really hard lives, and I thought she was going to address that. But no she said “other celebrities like Justin Bieber” have it worse than her. That's who has it worse than you? Justin Bieber? Then to go on and mention how when she was right out of college and she was wakeboarding she lived practically in a garage in Florida and a crappy house with cockroaches. That's a lot of peoples reality. A lot of people live with their children like that because they can't afford anything else. You weren't doing something big and noble. If you needed money you could've easily gone out and gotten a real job. You didn't need to take money from your parents. So this is a great podcast if you like to take relationship advise from someone who has been married two years, or hear Urban talk about the same stuff over and over. His podcast should be renamed nepotism and narcissism.

Just because a person likes to talk a lot doesn’t mean that they’d be good at podcasting. Way to much narcissism coming through here.
