Thank you MacKenzie

I have been listening to the pod since early 2022 and have never taken the time to write a review- until now. MacKenzie, thank you so much for sharing this latest episode. I was just reading “Oh the Places You’ll Go” to my (4) kids and the line “unslumping yourself is not easily done” got me choked up. I’ve been in a slump too. Even as a married gal, I relate so much to your single mom struggles since my husband has ADHD. It’s so isolating and the weight feels crushing sometimes. Thank you for sharing from your heart and for giving some practical ideas to listeners who can’t muster up the energy for any creative thought. I would love to hear you share more about your “Live Well Anyway” (I love that title, by the way) story and the ways in which you found support and courage to move through the tougher seasons. A big hug to you, and much gratitude.
