Using examples like porn, bitterness, resentment, and distrust in marriage, he shares that believers are not the source of sinful thoughts and should stop identifying themselves as dirty or condemned. The solution is renewing the mind, taking thoughts captive (2 Cor. 10:5), resisting lies regardless of volume or frequency, and answering temptation with Scripture, remembering believers are God’s workmanship and as Christ is, so are they in this world.
