Keri Mateus and Natalie Boyd are two of 4 sisters that started a t-shirt company that began is their basement and is now expanding into nationwide distribution.     The Healing Path Care Farm

    Have you ever felt like there might be a better way to help people? Animals can have a powerful effect on your emotions and your well being. So awesome to get a chance to catch up and chat with Leila Donovan from The Healing Path Care Farm   In 2020 as a licensed therapist, Leila discovered that intergrateing her love for animals combined with therapy could have a profound impact on people. She began to create a home for pigs, chickens, donkeys, and other barn animals to immerse people into a creative, positive, and unconventional space to host therapy sessions.     Confikids - Supporting Kids in Sports, Music, & Theater

    Did you play sports as a kid? Being on field or court can be a magical experience.  Youth sports can be expensive and feel inaccessible to some kids and parents. Confikids is a Non-profit that provides funding for kids to play sports that otherwise couldn't afford it. Everybody needs help sometimes. Participation is youth sports gives kids a sense of belonging, improves social skills, bonds close friendships that can last a lifetime, and builds confidence; Hence the name Confi-kids :-) Over the years they have raised over a million dollars and helped over 2,000 kids realize their dreams of playing sports, music, acting, and more So awesome we were able to carve out some time to chat with Rachel and Tammy. From hanging out with Olympians, working with local actors, and supporting engagement for opportunities in a symphony orchestra . They have done so much in the sports, drama, and music for the community over the past few years, and they are just getting started. Coffee is Awesome and there are so many different ways to enjoy it these days; So we reached out to our friends at New Creations Coffee to take a peak at the wonderful world of coffee through their eyes and talk about some of the challenges of starting a new business.  Liz and Alex are a Husband & Wife team that transformed a 1950's antique trailer into the mobile coffee shop of their dreams.
