When Life Isn't Making Sense Anymore

Send us a text As 2025 comes to an end, this time is giving us an opportunity to reassess, to get curious, and to continue setting commitments to taking aligned actions in our lives. With so much uncertainty, can we be the anchors in our internal lives? And how can we make this possible? What will be required of us as we move into this new year? Will we need to slow down in order to move forward? Will we need to be more present in our lives with less distractions, less work, less numbing? Will we need to take responsibility for our lives-- no more excuses, no more blaming, no more hiding from the truth. And most importantly, can we be kind, loving and compassionate will ourselves as we navigate these new waves of life? I believe we can. And I also believe we can't do it alone. Not only because it's...cold, but the shorter days, less sun and lower temperatures affect my mood and energy, like I'm sure it affects many of you also. The thing is, seasons come and go, and I'm not just talking about the weather. We, as individuals go through different seasons, some we're more excited about than others, but can we stay present and grateful even during the hard, cold seasons?
