Welcome to Longevity Builder In 2009 at almost 45 years of age my wife and I were blessed with our only child. Twenty years before he was born his Grandfather (my Father) passed away from a massive and sudden heart attack - he was just 46 years old. I had just completed my degree in health, physical education and sports science.
