Onésimo "Nes" Chávez lives a simple life in Pueblo, a diverse city on the young planet of Tlalli. Pueblo is filled with elven magic, belted rancheras, otherworldly tech, and most importantly... tamales. Protected by the impenetrable walls of the Haven, people from all the races of Tlalli have come together to live protected from the ultra dogmatic Robes, who seek to bend the planet to their will and image.
But one day, Pueblo's walls come crashing down. With the help of his Tio Valo, a growing group of young heroes, and some really freaky new powers, Nes must race against the Robe armies to find the mysterious location of Ultima, and unlock the power hidden within.
Inspired by Chicanx mythology and folkways, Looking for Ultima is a fantasy adventure podcast that aims to create heroes out of diverse characters, and celebrate the vibrancy of the Latinx experience.

Customer Reviews
Looking for Ultima is full of promise
I really look forward to following the saga of Nes as he navigates the perils of his new reality. Gio Lobato’s tight storytelling, compelling music and evocative sound design expertly set the stage for a beautiful world suddenly thrown into chaos, not unlike 2020NYC. Bravo Gio!
