    On this episode of LOOPTROPOLIS: 10,000 steps. That’s the daily standard step tracker apps set as our daily goal to walk or run. I try to do the 10,000 steps everyday. I even get disappointed at myself if I do less than 10,000 steps. And then I read an article about where the standard of 10,000 steps a day come from.
