Lore

I have enjoyed this podcast for years and always look forward to hearing the newest episode. All of Grim &Mild’s podcasts are well-done and unique. I don’t usually care for multiple host programs because the story/topic gets buried by unrelated conversation. Aaron’s voice is just right and the music is muted and intriguing, not overwhelming. Recommend Lore and all the podcasts he produces.

I’ve been listening to Lore for the better part of 5 years now. I’ve listened to every single free episode and have enjoyed 90% of them. Sometimes the stories are repetitive but I imagine there’s going to be only so much you can report on. I will say that when I started it, there was ZERO political and social agendas. It was just a good ol podcast based on creeps and stories. After 2020, I found myself rolling my eyes on a lot of comments Aaron makes regarding HIS personal views. If I wanted a political podcast I would find one. Please stick to the root of what the show was started as or change it all together. There’s only so much shame and guilt tripping I can take before I go elsewhere.

I adore this podcast. In fact, it holds a sweet spot in my heart because it’s what I listened to as I traveled to the neighboring town for a first date with my now-wife. And she’s now a fan, too! My only complaint is that last ad break. It really ruins the episode and interrupts the build. I’d prefer to have all the ads at the beginning so I can immerse myself in Lore once they’re over.
