Thank you for hope!
I’ve been struggling with putting down my phone for not only my sake but fort family. Thank you for showing it is possible!
If you’re considering ditching your phone and need inspiration…
This is a great podcast to listen to.
I haven’t made the switch yet but the “pro” list is far outweighing the “con” and their discussions on this podcast only added amazing reasons to ditch the smart phone: increased creative flow, more presence in daily life, feeling more “alive,” regulating dopamine levels by lessening the programming from apps (which in turn will help deepen in person relationships and connections.)
Grateful they recorded this. Thank you!
Kind of confusing
I heard about this podcast from Kaitlyn Bristowe’s podcast and was excited to listen. It’s a great concept! I have to say, if I didn’t get the rundown on the other podcast, I would have no idea what’s going on in this one. There is no overview of the process or an introduction explaining who everyone is. (They keep saying they knew each other before this, but how? How old is Jerome? Why did he try doing this? And… what exactly is “this”?) They go down rabbit holes about tangential topics without any kind of structure or narrative to tell the listener what is going on.
