App is all sizzle no steak ,

Surprising gem

I didn’t have high expectations. The name “Phit and Phat” is so corny, and even the reference to losing 100 pounds wasn’t really relevant. But one day I was doing a self pedicure, and decided to randomly pick a new podcast, and this is the one I came across after searching for something inspirational. All I can say is WOAH! Right off the bat every single word was relevant and helpful to me. I need to lose 15 pounds, but it’s a make it or break it 15. It’s the 15 that will pull me back from the brink of being unbearably uncomfortable. I listen to the podcast regularly, usually during my evening walk, and I get something major out of it every single time. I agree with other reviewers and could do without all the tribe schtick and the “my girls” and “queen” stuff. Seems very sorority girl meets junior league meets cotillion society to me. I don’t really enjoy the f-bombs, even though I swear like a sailor myself. I just don’t like to hear it in my inspirational material, and it throws me off and distracts me. It’s very unprofessional when done out of context. But truth be told, the curriculum is very on point, and that’s all that matters to me right now. So I will look past some less than perfect things in order to get to the good stuff. With love and care, I would suggest that Corrine learn to shift her vocabulary away from the blunt curse words. I could never recommend her podcast to my 75 year old mom, for example, but would love for her to listen. It alienates about 40% of the population in the US, and in my opinion will ultimately limit the success of the franchise. It’s not worth it — no need to shock and awe us. Just a suggestion. How about using substitute words like “ducking” lol. You can look at how Kimmy Schmidt (Tina Fey character) approaches swearing with humorous substitute words. LOL. Otherwise keep it up. Love it! I am thinking of joining in the next cycle, depending on the price point. Thank you to the team who produces this. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This podcast has helped me so much. It’s super inspirational, hilarious, and filled with common sense tidbits. Corrine and Kathy, the hosts, are so down to earth. I love it!

Changing my life

This podcast has changed my life in so many ways. The way I think about food has changed from a luxury to what I need to fuel my body. I have lost over 20 pounds and still losing. Corrine teaches you a way to lose the way for good.
