Entertaining and heartfelt podcast!

It took me about 5 episodes to discover that Corinne has a heart!!! She’s not all curse words and yelling. She and her co-host truly care about helping women lose weight and keep it off in a sustainable way with any way of eating that they choose. That’s RARE!!! Chock full of good information, tips, and ideas. I love the co- host format, the FB Q&A’s, and the regular episodes. I highly recommend it and hope she keeps up the episodes. Thank you, Corinne, for being a voice of practicality and reason with a huge dose of humor in the weight loss world.
