Amazing

I’m so thankful I was introduced to this podcast. It has become a part of my daily life, I listen to it every morning on my way to work, while I’m cleaning, and when I feel like I’m beginning to stumble and finding myself in a low place. It’s definitely has become a positive influence in my life and I’ll be forever grateful for it. Your honesty with what you all individually are going through has been awesome, most people that share their journey are all rainbows and sunshine and it’s more helpful when you see/hear others going through the same struggles as yourself and that you can get through it. 🤍

Hello ladies. You have no idea how listening to you all talk about your struggles and victories has absolutely changed my outlook. I am not the only one with struggles! I have started at the beginning and listen to multiple episodes daily. I appreciate how you are honest about the struggle. I feel like I’ve gained 3 friends along my WW journey ❤️
