How I Want to Build My Self Confidence & Self Reassurance

Guys I'm back after a few weeks off! Much to catch up on... So the slays and dopamines of this week are lengthy, so lock in! On this weeks episode, we are talking about confidence. Confidence is something we all want, but what actually creates it? After watching the MET Gala and listening to different content pieces on confidence, I found myself questioning whether confident people are simply born that way, or if confidence is something we can build over time. In this episode, I explore what confidence really means, why "fake it till you make it" might not be the answer, and how repetition, self trust, and keeping promises to yourself can shape the way you see yourself. I share my lessons , along with my own reflections on the areas of life where I feel confident and the areas where I'm still learning to trust myself more. If you've ever doubted yourself, waited to feel ready, or wondered why confidence seems to come so easily to everyone else, this episode is for you.
