Nabiel C Ahmed, is the owner and attorney of a solo law practice out of the San Francisco East Bay, mainly representing the rights of the criminally accused in Bay Area courtrooms.  While defending his clients, Mr. Ahmed gained notoriety for staunchly defending their constitutional and statutory rights all the way through jury trial if necessary.  Mr. Ahmed’s clients and cases have received attention locally, nationally, and world-wide.  No case has proven to be too big or too small for Mr. Ahmed to handle.

Recently, Mr. Ahmed’s representation helped dismiss charges against a defendant facing capital punishment for the crimes he allegedly committed.  In addition to practicing criminal law, Mr. Ahmed has continued to expand his practice into areas of law affecting the lives of his clients in other contexts.  For example, Mr. Ahmed’s client’s can now seek his advice and representation on matters such as restraining orders, dissolutions, breach of contract, fraud, and First Amendment issues.

Amir V. Adibi graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a B.S. in General Engineering and holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Amir’s practice focuses on all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution and counseling. Amir has particular expertise in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the areas of semiconductors, power electronics, electric vehicles, computer hardware, software, Internet, and telecommunications. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Amir held technical positions on engineering projects for Boeing, General Dynamics, Cisco Systems, and Sun Microsystems. Amir is fluent in Spanish.

I'm Ben Bartlett. I’m an environmental attorney, husband, and father, and for the past seven years, I’ve served as a Berkeley City Councilmember. 
My track record speaks for itself: I’ve authored landmark legislation creating more than 1,000 affordable homes, expanding paid family leave, and establishing a comprehensive wildfire prevention plan. My office created a groundbreaking civilian response team for mental health crises, enabling law enforcement to focus on solving and preventing serious crimes. 
My leadership secured a $1,000,000 grant for public safety. I’ll make sure Alameda County gets every dollar available from the state and federal government to address our most pressing challenges.
While the rest of Alameda County saw a 22% increase in homelessness, Berkeley saw a 5% decrease. As a father, I’m committed to ending child homelessness in Alameda County.
