I listen to this podcast when I’m feeling nervous in the air. The knowledgeable experts bring me a lot of comfort. Really great podcast.

I developed a fear of flying about 12 years ago after experiencing some turbulence on a flight. I didn’t know why I was so scared afterwards and it’s getting worse over the years. We are planning a vacation and the thought of buying plane tickets kept sending me into anxiety attacks. Tight chest, stomach ache, nausea, worrying and nightmares. One nightmare so bad I was in a constant anxiety attack for a week. I couldn’t talk about flying or have anyone talk to me about it, so I decided I need to figure some way to get over this fear. I used to love to fly before!! Well I found this podcast and started listening while at work especially when I felt the fear and anxiety start to creep in. It also helped me zero in on why my fear started. It was in part due to the turbulence on the flight, but mostly it’s due to the fact that on that flight I was a new mom with a 1yr old! It’s been about a month now of me listening to Paul and his guests and I’m happy to say we booked our tickets and I can feel the excitement about the trip starting to overpower the fear and anxiety I was feeling. Soooooooooo incredibly happy and grateful I found this podcast!!!! If you read these reviews Paul, thank you for doing what you do!!!

Great podcast for anyone who has a fear of flying

The Lovefly Podcast has been a game-changer for me! It has helped me move from a near-crippling anxiety about flying to being an aviation enthusiast! Each episode has so much information that I find myself listening several times just to take it all in. The variety of presenters addresses so many different perspectives and ways to address fear of flying; it is like filling my head with reality-based goodness! I found the podcast when I realized that my fear was taking over; and the episodes helped me learn the actual facts and realities of modern aviation. Now I actually enjoy flying! Knowledge truly is power!
