    LKE 3.10 || Kindness+ BLISS

    One night at the skating rink, Kindness Calloway comes across a scene that makes them stop and ask: "Wait—what are you doing?" That's how this unexpected conversation with Ria (@riabarkr) began.   What follows is a raw and inspiring exchange about more than just music. Ria shares how her mom trained her not only in voice but also in spiritual awareness, teaching her to use the reticular activating system (RAS) to focus her thoughts and create the life she wants. We talk about why training your mind is just as important as training your craft.   We're also joined by Tyyla (@tyylamusic), who was there the night Kindness and Ria first met, and we give a big shoutout to Ria's UK producer Jared (@jxred.wav) for his work on Bliss.   The episode closes with an invitation: take about four minutes to channel Bliss while listening to Ria's song by the name. Meet Connor Lamb Connor Lamb lived what many would consider an exemplary college life at the University of Georgia. As a member of the 2022 UGA Homecoming Court, College Outreach Director at Athens Church, Christian fraternity leader, and University Judiciary Justice, Connor was known as "Mr. Christian" on campus. LKE 3.6 || What the Rivian?! with Alan D. Jenkins - Should we say "No" to Rivian?

    Today's episode of Loving Kindness Everyday was recorded at Rachell Tires & Wheels, right on the corner of Memorial and Boulevard in southeast Atlanta, Georgia. While I was there, I met Alan D. Jenkins, and we ended up talking about Rivian, water, and responsibility. I'm excited to share that conversation with you, and I believe you'll find it just as thought-provoking as I did. If you missed yesterday's episode, be sure to go back and listen. It was an exercise in Constructive Thought Redirection, blending music with uplifting audio in both English and Spanish. It's designed to help us shift our mindsets and choose better thoughts—something I think you'll really enjoy. Beyond our discussion on electric vehicles, Alan also shared with me personally a bit of information about his work at Academy Mill Farm, a family-owned and operated farm providing grassfed meat from animals regenerating the soil. With deep roots in the land, Alan and farm are committed to protecting pastures, forests, streams, and the wildlife they share this home with. You can learn more by visiting Academy Mill Farm and No2Rivian.org to connect with Alan D. Jenkins and follow the ongoing Rivian battle here in Georgia. ✨ If you enjoyed this episode, please follow the show, share it with a friend, and rate it 5 stars on your favorite podcast app—> your support means something to Kindness and it really helps us grow and bring more conversations like this to you. METTA MUSIC: Strong + Healthy • Afirmaciones de Bondad |Sana y Fuerza

    Constructive Thought Direction Tool How to Use This Tool: When your mind is racing, when circumstances feel overwhelming, when you need to stop the mental chatter - press play. Let these declarations wash over you. Don't try to think or analyze, just listen, dance around, speak the words and absorb. Let the repetition do the work of rewiring your thoughts toward what you want to experience.         You Must Stop Thinking and Start Declaring It's important not to let situations and circumstances dictate your thoughts and feelings. In order to maintain right thinking and keep your mind fixed on things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely - things that are worthy of smiling about in life - these are the thoughts we should meditate on and hold onto. But sometimes it's tough, right? That's why I use a method I call Constructive Thought Direction - where I choose a thought that feels good and think it over and over, actively not allowing my brain to go on "autopilot" or "rest," so I can focus on thoughts that are good even in situations that FEEL less than good. This episode IS that tool.  What This Is: 🎵 Pure Affirmation Audio - No talking, no teaching, just transformation 🌍 Bilingual Declarations - English and Spanish affirmations for maximum impact 🎶 Uplifting Background Music - Designed to calm your mental systems and give you a new focus ⚡ Strength & Health Focus - Every word speaks vitality over your life 🧠 Mental Reset Button - Use when you need to redirect your thoughts immediately. This Episode Theme: STRENGTH & HEALTH (Sana y Fuerza) Every affirmation in this episode declares strength and health over: Your physical body and all its systems Your relationships and connections Your finances and business life Your emotional and spiritual well-being Your entire life experience This is Constructive Thought Direction in action - choosing what your mind focuses on instead of letting life choose for you. Perfect for: Morning mindset reset Stressful moment intervention Before sleep reprogramming Workout motivation Meditation background Any time you need to redirect your mental energy Most admittedly, this is far easier said than done - which is why having this audio tool becomes essential. Your own Constructive Thought Direction will become evident in your life as you use it.
