    The Disappearance of Ryan Shtuka: What Really Happened? (Part 2)

    This is Part 2 of a two-part series. If you haven't already, be sure to listen to Part 1 first, where I walk through Ryan's life, the events leading up to his disappearance, and the timeline of what happened on the night he vanished. This episode builds directly from that conversation. In Part 2, my sister, Dr. Vassel, and I dive deeper into the unanswered questions surrounding Ryan Shtuka's disappearance. Together, we discuss publicly available information, witness accounts, investigative details, and the theories that continue to surround this case nearly eight years later. After recording our original conversation, Dr. Vassel spoke with someone who has spent years independently searching for Ryan and researching the case. That conversation raised additional questions and provided new perspectives, so we recorded a follow-up discussion that's included in this episode. Our goal is not to sensationalize Ryan's disappearance or present speculation as fact. Any theories discussed in this episode are exactly that—theories.     The Disappearance of Ryan Shtuka (Part 1)

    In February 2018, 20-year-old Ryan Shtuka vanished after leaving a house party in Sun Peaks Resort. He was only a 10–15 minute walk from home, yet he was never seen again. In Part 1 of this two-part series, I take you through Ryan's story from the very beginning—who he was before he became a missing person, why he moved to Sun Peaks, the events leading up to the night he disappeared, and the massive search effort that followed. We'll break down the known timeline, the witness reports, the unanswered questions, and the details that continue to puzzle investigators nearly eight years later. More importantly, we'll remember Ryan as the son, brother, friend, and hardworking young man he was—not simply as a missing person.     How I Almost Got Recruited Into NXIVM: Inside One of North America's Largest Cults

    After hearing about NXIVM on Kate Casey's podcast and watching the documentary The Vow, I realized something shocking: years earlier, I had attended a NXIVM recruitment event and was personally encouraged to join by people featured in the documentary. In this episode, I share my firsthand experience with the recruitment process, how NXIVM was marketed as a personal development and business coaching program, and the red flags that ultimately stopped me from signing up. I also break down the history of NXIVM, Keith Raniere, the Executive Success Programs (ESP), the infamous sash ranking system, V-Week, DOS, and how one of the world's most notorious cults managed to attract intelligent, successful, and educated people from all walks of life.
